Players - Everyone will have the same opportunity to practice and train to be better.  Play time is earned on performance.  We expect our players to advocate for themselves, be responsible for their schedules, equipment and communication.  We are also training you to be young adults.  We expect our players to respect the game, the coaches, the umpires, fans and opposing teams.  Sometimes we get calls in our favor and sometimes we don't.  We don't let it change how we play the game.  Know that you will make mistakes, you will learn from them and move on.  Never let your mistakes bring you down.

Parents -  Your job is to cheer your players on.  Encourage them, support them and let them be responsible for themselves, their schedules, their equipment and their communication.  Trust the coaches and let your player know you trust the coaches decisions.

Coaches - Our coaches will lead by example, be respectful of the game and officials and communicate with them in a professional manner, be knowledgeable of the rules of the game and teach these to the players on the team.  We will ensure that all players will have an opportunity to improve their skills.  Our coaches will work to provide the best experience for our players.
