Dale Stapf is entering his 7th season as Head Coach of the TC Blitz 18U team, where he plays a pivotal role in the college recruitment process for our athletes. Under his leadership, the team has shown consistent growth and improvement. This year, four of his 13 players are committed to play collegiate softball at the D2 and D3 levels, with 3 additional 2026 grads still exploring opportunities.

Before joining the TC Blitz, Dale spent five successful years coaching in the Rosemount Traveling Softball Program, working with various age levels. His teams earned multiple tournament titles, highlighted by a championship win at the 2017 NAFA Nationals. He also contributed as the Player Development Coordinator, helping shape the program’s long-term success.

In addition to his role with the Blitz, Dale is entering his 8th season as an assistant coach at Bethel University, where he brings his passion and expertise to the college level with the Bethel Royals softball program.
